Only really ever used Humbrol Matt or their Gloss Varnish. I did try the Revell matt black for and undercoat but it was not as good - for me - as Humbrol.

Seems nobody uses them?

In my opinion Humbrol, the pigment is finer and they do not "granulate" when diluted in the same way that Revell always seem to. Revell seems to turn to jelly very quickly and is pretty well impossible to thin out effectively afterwards.
