Foundry may still work for southern Chinese, who (used to) tend to be shorter than northerners...

True, but as these are small factions I want to chose the best of the best. The way it's going currently, if I'm not happy with what I have, I'll sell them and get exactly what I want sculpted and cast them myself.

Cheers

I'd really be interested in a range like this! :-*

Castaway Arts & Redoubt both have boxer rebellion ranges and Eureka does some Chinese pirates that might work for you. These ranges are all a little taller than Foundry.

Another average range I'm afraid (castaway stuff), I'll take another look at Eureaka prehaps but again I need to wait and see what the postie brings and see how it fits.

I have a few of the Pulp Yangzee gang figures - I bought them cheap/pre-painted to use as mooks in a quick throw-down.

They are smaller than my Westwind VW stuff - but something there may catch your eye?

Also finally found and ordered these, (lets hope they scale up ok or they'll be off with all my old foundry wild west stuff that I'm never going to use in a million years! ;)).

On the contrary, good chap. All the ones that you don't find fitting because of some flawed detail, awkward pose or even size issue can be turned into zombies to populate your table.  ;)

Chinese underworld factions in a western/London setting in movies. "Shanghai Knights" and the Jackie Chan version of "Around the World in 80 Days" Also look at "Big Trouble in Little China". The written story was set in 1880s San Francisco.
