Who made the chained bear?

In the 2011 issue of of Wargames Illustrated entitled Special, Great Wargames on page 27 there is a picture of a bear chained to post.  It is part of a game referenced as The Alternative Battle of Worcester, 1651 and was presented at Salute 2011.  Can anyone tell me the manufacturer of the bear chained to the post pictured on that page?  Thanks you.  Richard
