Quick - sommebody - ice water!
« on: June 26, 2012, 06:49:46 PM »
I need someone to pour cold water over me until I lose this desire to do 1914 WW1!

I don't have room for another 25 plus mm army project!

Maybe in 1/600th or even up to say 10 mm... no wait, I have no storage room unless I sell off something!

Tell me there is no 10 mm, 6 mm, 3 mm or any other similar scale force that would take up room I don't have for storage!

Talk me out of this madness!

Gracias,

Glenn

Why not rent a storage container at your local harbour, I hear the prices are cheap this summer and they can hold enough for at least 15 new 28mm projects! :D

Or you might look at 15mm.

Peter Pig are just about to launch a new edition of "Square Bashing". Rules 1900-1930. Army lists cover all sorts of options.....

Don't look at me. Last January I bought a ton of late war WWI (thanks, Sid!). Haven't touched them yet.

Are there rules for non-skirmish battles (say battalions or larger) out there?

Gracias,

Glenn

www.irregularminiatures.co.uk/6mmRanges/6mmWW1.htm

Everything you need, and good prices. Go for it!

"These discounted divisions are pre-packed to our own realistic and balanced composition."

I have seen their "realistic and balanced forces" for 6 mm AWI - waaay too much cavalry.

"These discounted battlepacks are pre-packed to our own realistic and balanced composition."

I suspect this means ahistorical?  Or at least "equal point forces" in practice which frequently is the same thing.

Their "15 mm" Science Fiction wasn't, neither was their "25 mm" Science Fiction.

Nope, don't want Irregular ever again.

Once burned (or thrice in this case) twice cautious.

Gracias,

Glenn
