Dinosaurs and skeletons
« on: July 02, 2012, 04:31:54 PM »
I started a new fantasy army reacently, based on ease of painting  ;) definatly done to a table top standard. Mostly GW/citadel skeletons with some mantic that I got to check them out. Also a dinosaur, because dinosaurs are cool. :D

This isn't everythin I've got but rain has stopped play in terms of getting stuff sprayed.

It's something I picked up off e-bay for a couple of quid, apparently stocked by the early learning center, don't know if that's used to or still, it's a cheap made in china thing so needed a lot of flash cleaning off it.

and picture of the army including unpainted schtuff.

The dinosaur is something I've seen others do before and sort of borrowed it ;)

Very nice! It feels very old school. (Especially with the green bases!)

The dinosaurs are an inspired addition! Are they just toy models?

What system do you use?

Really nice though; I love the concept and execution.

I'm always impressed that people find the time/motivation to paint miniatures en masse like this. I just couldn't do it. And as for Warhammer; it's better than nout!

Can't wait to see the rest of the army.

Cheers
Andy

Nice army. I like pure skelleton armies and the dino fits like a glove. I also like the way you paint the models: they really have this rotten bone kind of flair around them. Nice work.
