Looks brilliant! The blog also is fantastic - always considered putting together a Henrican army myself, but having seen that I have a curious sense of inspiration and inadequacy!

Had a quick skim through some of your posts and was interested to see you've been using some of the Perry plastics and a fair bit of green stuff here and there (although I don't think my own conversion skills are up to much personally), are there any other ranges you've used heavily? I've always looked at the Redoubt range for a starting point, wondered if you'd used many, or any, of them at all?

I've exclusively used figures from the Perry WOTR & European Armies range alongside the old range of Perry sculpted Wargames Foundry Landsknechts & gendarmes. eBay is a good source for the latter. Other companies so far don't reach the same standard IMHO. In adopting this approach I've had to make a couple of compromises but the feel is still achieved. I'm still new to green stuff, give it a go, you'll be surprised at what you can achieve.

Lovely figures!

You want more depth of field in your photos.  If your camera will allow it, use a very small aperture and longer exposure time to get more things front and back in focus.  Usually if you have a phto floodlight you can set up that will give plenty of good light for a picture with good depth of field.

AzSteven

Thanks for the advice, very much appreciated, I shall give it a go.

Sometimes I find that the absence of full depth of field has an interesting effect but admittedly it's not always the intention.

Thanks again
