Colonial Basing
« on: July 07, 2012, 06:51:30 PM »
I have just finished painting some Hat Zulus and i am now looking at getting some rules. I have T&T and like it enough to want to look at the Colonial set of rules. In the original T&T figures are best based singularly but what about in the colonial can I base my Zulus in 2s' and 3's ?

Base your figures any way you like, just have some way of marking casualties if you can't remove figures or split up some figures to use as "loose change".

Thanks, I will base them as I planned. Around how many figures make up a native/Zulu unit? I have around 60 painted ready to base but until I can get the rules i have no idea what size force this constitutes.

Basic unit size is 12 to 20 models. At least one regiment must contain 20 models.

The colonial set  for T&T is great ,Ive used 20 figs for each unit of zulus based in 1's 2's and 3's placed in movement trays ,that way they are easier to move en masse and casulty removal is simple.
