This thread is to show all the current projects that I have going. I continiously switch back and forth between them. New ones get added and old ones goes to the back of the cubboard and die.

But I figure if I show them here someone here might shame and/or encourage me into getting something finished.

So here goes in no particular order:

Japanese style pirates.

A fantasy warband for Skulldred. On a Danish forum there is a challenge to get a warband painted and get one game in before August 24.

Oh and some BFG in the back but that is very much on the back burner for now as I already have a playable fleet.

Travel 40k using Epic models based individually. I found a perfect gaming board for this in an aqarium shop.

Zombies, because one can never have enough zombies.

I keep everything organised in boxes so I can easily put it away and take it out. I try to force myself to spend at least half an hour on painting each day. So It is nice to have something to switch back and forth between. That way it does not end up feeling like a chore.

Great work!

I especially like the Travel 40k - the painting on your Epic rhinos looks better than the painting on my 28mm rhinos!

My fantasy warband for Skulldread is now all done. This is as far as my painting skills go I am afraid...
I mostly paint smaler scale miniatures and mostly vehicles and more gritty stuff. But I have learnt to never again paint naked miniatures! For the future I am only painting fully clothed people preferably in full armour! It is a hassle to paint naked people.

Wow nice warband!
Be mindful of the prayers you send
Pray hard but pray with care
For the tears that you are crying now
Are just your answered prayers

So my Korean turtleship arrived a few days ago. And sadly it was somewhat smaller than anticipated. So it is back to the drawingboard.

I think I will put a huge gun in the front of this and some oars out of the original gunports, to make it into some sort of a gun galey.

But my pirates needs a real ship also. I guess I could give them a "normal" pirate ship, but I would rater if I could find a Chinese Junk or similar. Any tips or hints on where to get those will be greatly appreciated.

Is there really a contest on for skulldred? On powefist? Totally missed that.

Great work with the warband, I'm reckoning on taking mine plus terrain og skulldred to horizont this year. Pity we didn't get a game in the other weekend then.

Yes!! Niduty!

I think your warband turned out really cool. And these must be the first 28mm's I've seen from you in a looooong time. Cool!

I think your skills are improving. Very nice! Just paint more and you'll soon get from here to there in a matter of seconds... or hours.

Read the Skullread rules and bring them along next time - they can go against my Romans if the crooked vultures aren't ready yet.

Reckoning you're going to take some photos of that and let us show it on our home page then!?  :D :D :D

I think we're going to tie in with the Skulldred thing from PF for Friday night at Horisont.

Dr. the viking and I played a game of skulldred last night on his brand new lava gameboard.

We played using the 3.0 playtest rules, or rather what I could remember of them...

The game was a bit unfocused. Next time we need a clear objective and perhaps better put together warbands, with more heroics and less mindless minions. And perhaps I should not be the only on who knows the rules, because I never know the rules...

My warriors make their way through the stalagmites and lava chimneys.

Dr. the vikings leader vulture-bird-deamon takes to the skies and flies over the lavaflow.

While searching for hidden treasure it uncovers an iltempered dunger!

The other slightly smaller vulture-bird-deamon thingy vomits on my warband forcing them to recoil.

The two warband leaders meet up in close combat with the vulture-bird-deamon winning the upperhand wounding my leader, who had already taken wounds from a volley of arrows from the smaller vulture-bird thingys. The Vulture-bird-deamon finished off my leader and her trusty troll by pushing them into some nearby stalagmites - impaling them both.

I really like the skulldred rules. And I look forward to see the finished rulebook. I think the rules, once learned, can give some really cinematic high fantasy games.

Nope... in fact they're Reaper and Otherworld Miniatures.  lol

But I guess you can call them toys too. I'll post up a picture of my warband when I get done sometime later today.
