Hlbs used to do some, not sure if Tiger miniatures picked them up with some of the other 28mm stuff they got.

Years ago I picked up a pack of model railroad tools in 1/48. Got like 4 sprues of various tools, picks, shovels, hammers, etc. still using them. And the look good with my 28mm stuff.
