Not sure about a review, but there is a slimmed down free starter set of rules:
http://www.peterpig.co.uk/rules.htmLook down under number 7 "Quick Start".
We use them at our school club for a few reasons.
1. They are affordable, no supplements or army lists to buy.
2. You can use any figures so long as they are based as rifles, heavy weapons, or command groups.
3. They work in a small area - 4' x 4' table, we only have a small classroom usually.
4. The rules work on a squared board. No arguments about measurement (always useful with teenagers), easy to see who is in cover etc.
5. The rules are fairly easy and playable.
