Hydra Preview: Final, Mechanika and Pirate Class 3 (Updated the 28th)

Today is Hydra's Optio, a frontline command model for the Robot Legion. He'll be available as a single as well as part of a new command squad pack including him, three random Legionnaires, and a heavy support Legionnaire.

I've been thinking about doing a copy of Mechanika, but I haven't been able to think of a color scheme yet. So it's probably pirates tomorrow.

Great. I'll have to get the pack as I want the heavy weapons version as well to back up my robot soldiers, given their lacklustre performance in my last game.

I wanted to get both of these new Pirate classes done by today, but it wasn't to be. However this one is pretty neat, and at about 95mm I think it might be longest ship in the game so far.

The rules for pirate fleets have magically appeared on Hydra's website when I wasn't looking. They look good and even allow pirate fleets to be entirely composed of models from other factions! Unfortunately this guy isn't quite as speedy as he looks.

Very Nice!
I have a Class II & IV Space Pirate ship, just haven't had the chance to get to them yet- really sweet ships though, looking forward to them.
