I Sir do not field peasants only Knights. ;)

Whereas nearly all of what I field are peasants, but fortunatley for me they have longbows and hide in woods where your knights on horseback will be easy prey! - (insert sound of gauntlet hitting the ground here) :)

How did I miss these, They are really nice. :) :-* But one thing that does Nark me about the Fireforge horses is the tails are on show out side the cloth caparison. In reality not so or highly unlikely....Now to wait for illustrations to be posted proving me wrong :)

It's a year since I did any of these... Maybe I will add one or two more over the next few weeks, in anticipation of the next outing of Robin Hood and co  ::)

Sir William is riding down a peasant who will kindly be provided by Dr De'Ath or Malamute  :D

I Sir do not field peasants only Knights. ;)

And as everyone knows my peasants spend all their time hiding in the woods, so good luck riding them down. lol

Jolly good, but you need some on foot.... ;)

Yes, I really need to do the foot-based equivalent of my mounted knights... But I'm loathe to buy another Fireforge box or two, needed for all the various components  ::)

Meanwhile, here are the new boys...

Sir Jehan De Lambert of the Manor of South Park

Sir William De Warenne.

Pretty straightforward builds really - although all the Green Stuff is necessitated by poor moulding (a blowhole in the middle of the shield), and by a much-needed head-swap for a Perry horse's head (because the Fireforge unclothed horse heads are hideous gurning death's heads).
So a bit of surgery and filling was required.
Painting will follow in due course...
