I found plastic toy lines like Pokemon and Digimon have things to use or convert.

I was thinking that also, maybe hit the dollar tree, family dollar and dollar general for ideas...perhaps even Toys'R'Us near where I live, walk around and look for ideas.

Where did the figure come from? Looks like Clix....

@Styx:  Yes, he's a mod of a Joker figure with a Harley Quinn head, the hand holding the doll comes from a HeroClix Puppet Master figure, and the cane I made myself.  One of the toys on the base came with the Puppet Master base, and the other is a soldier from the Reaper CAV line.
