Impetus campaign? Tell us more, please.
The figures look quite dark & mean, love that.

Very nice.  You went for a much darker uniform appearance than the box art from WG. I like the way that looks.
Reminds me I have box of those for my Dacian force I never did get started on.

Cheers chaps! 12 units to go,perhaps some foot as well; the eventual army will be about 300 points.

 Thanks Doc :) Yeah I'm running a campaign using book 2 of the Impetus lists,the campaign is unoriginally called Dux Europa; so far I've have about 4 Romans (West/East),2 Germanics,a Sassinid and another Sarmatian. It starts early September so I have a bit of work ahead of me ;)

Standard bearer (hand made banner with Tamga marks);

  Horse archers to the fore;

 And on there own;

  Trying to paint these quickly (it shows),otherwise at my painting rate the 13 units will never get done...... ;)

These look even better than the first lot

What are the like for size?  Are they on the smaller end of 28mm, like the Warlord Romans?

Cheers, Simon

"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
