I actually don't know what these miniatures are meant to be... or where they're from. But now I've painted them:

The Lads painted up TERRIFIC. I really like the skin color & the shields. VERY WELL DONE!
As is often the case, I could be wrong, but I think those are Grenadier Hobgoblins.

Bravo! Excellent minis and paintjob. The spear and scimitar could use a little wash, but the skin - especially the face areas - and the shields are very nicely done. By the way, those exact models were supposed to be amongst my crew for the Skuldred Challenge on PF, you bloody Speedy Gonzales of a painting machine

They are Hobgoblins alright, dunno from which company though, and they are the very first miniatures I can remember painting back in the days around my grandparents dinner table together with my kidbrother. Orange skin and Tentacle pink hair and all - I only had the Citadel Monster Paint Set back then, so my palette was limited to some pretty weird colours
