War on Mars? - ** Update 31/08/12 new photos**

  Very impressive!!!

I don't play VSF, but these pictures have a mixed feeling of "Once Upon a Time in the West" (the railway works end) and of W.Smith's "The Dark of the Sun" (the attack on the train carrying civilians trying to go away from war). And Mars seems to be the same colour as the land in both these stories.

Disciplined fire cuts the Martians down in swathes


But they keep coming..


Terrified railway workers attempt to board the train




In amongst them. "It was a terrible sight to behold"


Armed railway employess attempt to make a stand


"Unfortunately there were too many of the enemy and we were overwhelmed quickly"


Surrounded and staring death in the face, Carruthers was horrified to find out his tea had gone cold.

I'm still working on it but it won't be long. The one in the photos is a little fancy for mass production but the web one won't be too much different.
