I'm sold!!
« on: August 22, 2012, 11:50:35 AM »
Right.. After a chat with Mason. I've taken the plunge, my rulebook arrived yesterday and has been devoured.
Eagrly awaiting the postie with some cobblestone and artisan molls..only now I need to get some cultists ( its a tough life).
I'm totally stealing your cult of Morris idea Paul... I've no shame whatsoever.
I'd quite like a cult leader in the Christopher Lee ( the wickerman style) lookalike for the cult leader... Any suggestions?

The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

Mr Lee; Given what he is wearing in the Wickerman, I was thinking that there may be something appropriate in the Crooked Dice range.

There is, of course, Dr Salamander from Artizan, who I am pretty sure is a not-Lee, but you may need to give him a little 'wild hair' with green stuff.

Haha! I was actually looking at him last night when I was at.... er...work.. Good call tho.
I also thought I might be able to do something with Basil from Mutton Chop ( and I really want Bruce) but they appear to be sold out..

@sgtobidiah sadly that sort of conversion is beyond my capabilities, I had forgotten about those minis tho. Thanks.

Done!

The 4th is on, by the way.
Legionnaire Bert will be joining us, too.

I might even have a S.A team ready by then. I bloody love tommy guns.

wow i was way off. i had to look up the movie to remember. for some reason i thought he was wearing robes in it. yeah, converting that would be tough. :)

now i could swear i remember mr. Lee in robes as a cult leader somewhere. The only other things it could be are a memory of a dracula movie or a different actor entirely.

I fully understand the feeling, mate.
I have bought way more stuff than I dreamt of at the start of the project!

Looking forward to seeing what you do with the Cult of Morris.
