...a Pulp Alley (innnnn SPPACCCCEEE!) batrep!

http://govgensectorsix.blogspot.com/

Terrain inspired by the early StarCraft missions!
(...and a nod to Space Academy and Jason of Star Command)

Thanks for looking!

Very nice report. The terrain looks great, as do the models and the narrative looks like loads of fun. It's one of my gaming ambitions to have enough terrain elements to be able to think up any scenario and then be able to represent it on the table with suitable terrain pieces.

I can see you even used some Necromunda card terrain! Nice eccclectic collection of miniatures as well. Where are the 3 shuttle in the background of the one team shot from? Are they fancied up papercraft?
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Thanks Daeothar, the Assault Boats are scratchbuilds.  Some details are gribblies and some are printed papercraft.
I used to be the main terrain builder for my gaming club, so I got in the habit of having a set of differently themed tables.

Thanks Dentatus,
This asteroid idea has been percolating for quite awhile, it was nice to see it finally come together.

Excellent story idea, cool terrain, and awesome miniatures! Very cool!  :-* :-*

I happy the Pulp Alley mechanics are working so well for your games, and I'm thinking you may really enjoy the new vehilce rules as well.

Great report and interesting miniatures. I would very much like to know what manufacturer the different miniatures are from?

 :)

Hi Jonas,

Lets see, mini's by manufacturer:

The Reich
Cpt. Jurgen - Old GE Storm Trooper
Reichs Troops - Unknown, I've had them for over 20 years

Kingdom of Colores, 8 Ball
Maj Guiscard - Crossover Mini Minion Body, GW Tank Commander Head
Dr. Ourii - GW Tau Tank Commander
Dr. Xaden - Hero Clix Sue Storm
Merc Titus Philo - Unknown, another that I've had for over 20 years
Drone - Scratchbuilt
Sgt. Q'Taupa - GW Necromunda House Steiner (painted as a Gis for my Imagi-Nation)
Spc. Fales and Sgt. Mannesman - Crossover Miniatures Minions

I think that covers it.  Was there something specific?

Thanks again d phipps, you and your daughter have made a great game.
