Laser cut buildings
« on: October 01, 2012, 04:50:42 PM »
Hey folks!

I've recently designed some 28mm and 10mm scale buildings that I cut with a laser. I also added interlocking puzzle pieces to the back of the pieces so they can be broken down for easy storage and transport, as well as be combined with other buildings to change the styles and build different buildings.

Thanks!

Problem is I don't have a laser. Those where done on a rented machine but I've launched a Kickstarter project to try and raise the $ for one. You can check it out here: http://kck.st/QxpXjo

I love the neato Art Deco styling on those two big buildings.  Is anyone gaming "Atlas Shrugged" or 30's superheroes? ;)

Atlas Shrugged is great! Glad you liked the buildings, the Art Deco one is kind of a throw back that makes a good stand out in the midst of more modern buildings.  ;)

People have asked about how well MDF takes paint and if the detail will still stand out once painted, so I've painted the Gothic ruin, and posted pictures on Facebook

Thanks!

Just to let people know I've added custom (get them however you want them) paint racks, and tournament trays.
