Haven't played yet but I have the rules and they seem interesting.Would be useful to have additional content. Is it worth contacting the author to see if he would run/contribute to a blog/yahoo group?

Would love to see a forum, hope to run a Chinese Warlord scenerio soon. A forum would be a great support to what appears to be a nice set of rules.
