18mm(large 15mm)fantasy demonstration game set in Tolkiens Middle Earth,using "Triumph,Tradegy & Trolls",(a variation on Triumph & Tragedy from me).

Prelude to the Battle of Five Armies
Third Age 2941 - Rhovanion.(South of the Grey Mountains.)
A small force of elves travelling west are just crossing a tributary of the Anduin as they bump into orcs and goblins on their way to assemble with Bolg's main goblin army.
Bolg's army is heading for the Lonely Mountain due to the news of Smaug's death and the unguarded treasure.
Dwarves from the Grey Mountains have been keeping an eye on the large enemy movements of lately,waste no time in attacking the hated goblins.

I was going to do a 15mm fantasy collection and then i saw Magister Militums "Blood Dawn " miniatures at a show. They call them 15mm but they are really 18mm and fit perfectly with the Eureka 18mm range.
Copplestones new 15mm fantasy barbarians fit in well too.
18mm have all the advantages of 15mm but have nearly as much detail as 25mm.
