Then they're a funny size between 20 and 25 mm... But a hundred could be worth it... and I love their Zombies!!! game.

I have the Arkham Horror Boardgame with two expansions.  It was created by very knowledgable genre fans with tons of ideas and information regarding the locals, monsters, and everything else.

It is just a bit too heavy on game mechanics and has so many icon and counters it's easy to lose track of something going on.  It doe a decent job creating a hopeless and dreadful feeling as you are constantly aware of one of the Old Ones sitting on the table about to be unleashed.

This on the otherhand this Innsmouth game looks a bit on the simple side.   Dunno.  Would like to playtest it though.

Oh sure. Everybody's in favor of saving Hitler's brain, but when you put it in the body of a Great White Shark, ooh, suddenly you've gone too far

If its like the Zombie Game, then it'll be simple. But Fun-Simple and who says there's no room for Houserules?  :)

Agreed! Zombies (imho) is one of the best board games around if only for the ease in which it can be taught to a drunken monkey. Everyone can learn Zombies in about 10 minuites and they get it! Kill Zombies...find the chopper...that's it! Lovley. Insmouth escape will be the same thing I would imagine. Kill/run from fishmen...find the way out of town. Should be great with beer and pretzels... :P

The student approached the master with a question: What scale are the Deep Ones?

The master asked in reply: How big are Deep Ones supposed to be?

At that the student became Enlightened.

Yes, except my S. Petersen's field guide says they stand at just over 6 feet.
