Thrilling Expeditions and Figures Now Available

Thrilling Expeditions: Valley of the Thunder Lizard (MSRP $18.00, 124 pages) allows players to play big game hunters in a lost valley populated with creatures from before the rise of man, or have their pirates going ashore on an island where Neanderthals battle Saurians, or time traveling tourists suddenly stranded in Earth’s distant past.

This title will add dinosaurs not only to the .45 Adventure system, but to Gloire and Fantastic Worlds. In addition, the book will provide a Big Game Hunter archetype for each of the three game systems. This release will allow players who may enjoy more than one of our games, the chance to get one book to cover all three.

There are four multi-part scenarios as well as stats for over 20 different dinosaurs and megafauna. Plus, there are rules to add new dinosaurs not covered in this book. There are also archetypes for early man and a race of dinosaur-men called Saurians.

The new 28mm figures are:

PHM-45A-015 Bridget and Mo: Allies of The Gargoyle $6.50

PHM-45A-016 Duke and Helen: Lost World Explorers $6.50

PHM-45A-017 Smilodon: Sabretooth Cat $6.00

PHM-45A-018 Megatherium: Giant Ground Sloth $16.00

As I write this, copies of the new book and figures are winging their way around the world to our retailers and distributors. If your favorite retailer already carries our product, the new releases should be on the shelf shortly. Some of our retailers can be located here:

http://www.rattrapproductions.com/speakeasy/viewtopic.php?t=567

If they are interested in carrying them, they can contact me directly or any of our fine distributors. In the US---Blackhawk Hobby Distributors, Military Miniatures USA, or Warpath Games. In Europe---Battlefield Berlin, Northstar, or Tabletop Games.

All of these products are available in our online shop as well.

So grab your hunting rifle and prepare for Thrilling Expeditions!

Are Bridget and Mo a homage to Pepper Potts and Happy Hogan?

Bridget is a Lois Lane type character. Mo is actually based on Marc Anderson (he of Fantastic Worlds authorship) though much more well-built.

Mo is based on a character written by me and drawn by Jerry Frazee. The likeness to me is completely coincidental. Unfortunately, I was never looked that good, even in my prime...
