I have a theory about dinosaurs. They are thin at one end, fat in the middle and thin at the other end.

Nono, that's an your average american football. Dinosaurs are spikes in one end, fat in the middle, more spikes (teeth) at the other end.

Edit: Empower your Irish pride today! Ha! Ha! Only Yankee plastic Paddies would ever say that. By the way, I am offended that they don't have any overpriced Welsh tat. I have pride that needs empowering too. Presumably they export all that to the Welsh diaspora in Patagonia.

The Swedish equivalent of Frankling Mint markets little unshaply brown cardboard boxes with the sogan "Hide your Swedish pride today!" The are moving like hotcakes.

:? Far be it from me to defend Franklin Mint.  I didn't know anything about the company when I saw this model of the Junkers F-13 floatplane in a local hobby shop.  Didn't even look at Franklin Mint's other products before starting this thread.  Don't know what warp in the time-space continuum caused Franklin Mint to produce this model of the Junders F-13.  But the plane looks perfect for pulp adventures, and I intend to buy one!  So there!

If you've got other pulp adventure aircraft suggestions, please post them, preferably with pictures or a link.  I remember that cheap Lockheed Electra model showing up on this forum a time or two.  A review of aircraft is probably something that's worth doing periodically anyway.

No, some lads from Rhyl highjacked it all and opened some shops on the prom.

Yes, but a company that makes a model of a B-24 in the livery of the Evil Clown Air Force can't be all bad, surely?

I wonder what the "bomb"-load of this brute may be? Some 8.000 lbs of cream-pie or Diana-dolls?    :D

Danbury mint made a 1/52 pewter sopwith camel. There's one on ebay right now.
