If, and only if, Smith doesn't want them, then I promise I will paint them next month (luckily, it shouldn't be hard to keep that promise as there aren't a lot of different colours required) (which doesn't mean I intend to rush them).

Nice use of the Europet Bernina aquarium scenery piece btw. It's hard to tell from the partial pic, but I think I have it too.

And I wouldn't have thought to use that Hasslefree dragonheaded martial artist for Cathay, but it makes perfect sense. I think there is a human variant of that same figure too, you've given me the idea to get both and then make up some rules where he starts the game as the human version and can transform in game for access to new powers.

Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll stick with the Renegade terracotta warriors – keep a consistent look and all that. Besides, WK will do them more justice than I could (in exchange, I may well steal his WWWII idea of putting an officer on the snake-like steed of Slaanesh).

Better shots of the fishtank scenery are on the first page of the thread – I don't know if they're Bernina, but I put a link in here somewhere...

I do have the human version of the dragon guy as well – painted him up a while ago for a Chinatown-style game. The transformation idea is great, and I may well have to pick up another one to do something similar.

They're Renegade Warring States figures, given a red/brown paintjob.

Feel free to steal, burn, rape, pillage and plunder both ideas.  :)

Ah, I see now. I have none of those, but some similarly styles ones from the same company. Now that I can see how they scale up, I'll have to place an order. :)

Their Egyptian and Old Greek pieces are fantastic as well.
