Anyone make a Panhard VBL?

This is a bit of a long shot- Does anyone know if anybody makes a Panhard VBL M11 Scout Car in 28mm scale (1/50 or 1/56). If not, can anyone recommend a convincing proxy?

It is labeled as 1:43 but I think it works fine...

Gaso Line kits are very expensive. I got mine (3 models) on ebay, 1/43 scale, for only 10 €. They are made by schucco Edison, or Edition Atlas. But it's an old model and there're only few models available.

The Gasoline VBL is actually 1/48, not 1/43. It's a beautiful model and quite easy to put together, pretty minimal clean up.  I have the .50 cal turreted version and actually I thought the one I bought was pretty good value for money. They also have a range of prepaints called Masterfighter, which are quite pricey.

IIRC there is or was a 1/43 diecast out there, I think it may have been Schuco. Propaganda Kompany, another French compnay do an insanely detailed VBL with full interior in 1/48 but that's some serious modelling and some serious money for a wargaming item. Stick with the Gasoline version

Maisto makes a good one actually. One model has a dual rocket launcher on it and the other has what i think is a small canon. I see it marked as 1/43 or 1/47 and others. I have several of these and they scale up nicely. Originally sold at Walmart for a few dollars they still show up time to time on eBay. A request on this forum's "wanted" section may be useful.
