Mantic Games FTW!!!
« on: February 07, 2013, 07:06:02 PM »
I just wanted use a second to sing praises for Mantic Games. I backed the DreadBall Kickstarter and had received a damaged box and board, due to rough treatment by the USPS no doubt. I contacted Mantic via S. Gibbs, I got a reply back right away saying the products would be replaced free of charge and would be shipped out asap. Well, I received the replacement products today, in perfect condition. Mantic gets a thumbs up from me and my local gaming group will have to hear me speak their praises come Monday. If you are still on the fence about DreadBall pick it up, the game is solid, as are the sculpts. Plus it is a lot of fun. Thanks for reading.

NP... had to google it - funny, as I have seen it many times before, but as acronyms seem to be omnipresent on the web these days....  ::)

Changed that for you.
 ;)

The overuse of bloody acronyms drives me bonkers (or should that be DMB...)

Sorry for derailing the thread, Vauln.
It sounds like you have very good reason to praise Mantic, and given it is all too easy to complain about something, it is nice to see praise given where it is due.

If you don't like to use acronyms, then don't work for the government .  lol
And that is great news that they were able to help you out Vauln

Stewart is a top guy - I met him last year when he was helping my club run a Kings of War table at a small wargame show in Kent.  You can see him here on the right demoing the game to Henry Hyde from Battlegames magazine.
