Hello from Germany
« on: November 09, 2012, 12:32:56 PM »
Hi Guys,

Like some others I've been here for some weeks as a guest.

As I first entered here, I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of fascinating wargaming-systems I have never even heard of. Before I only knew the, more or less, established ones from GW.

I also have to say I am more a gamer then a painter, but not because I am not interested in painting, I am just not THAT skilled. ;)  Nevertheless I actually am painting my 40k Blood Angels Army with the help of my Girlfriend who has the more calm hands and is surprisingly not declaring me as completely mental.

Well my activity here for the next time will mostly be reading and gathering information about all the precious things I did not even know before. :D But if I think my contribution will be usefull, there will be the one or the other post.

Looking forward to an interesting time.

Cheers

Welcome to LAF.

May you have a long and merry stay with us.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

You really want Pics off my awfull abilities with brush and paint? Ok, but be warned what you gonna see might be far far away from getting called "good" or sth. like that. ;)

Greetings! I started out on GW games / models too, and have now branched out into full insanity. I largely blame this place for that...
