Well these ones aren't that flexible so everything seems ok so far. You can usually get away with a little bit of movement anyway even with metal or hard plastics. The true test will be on the ones with bladed weapons and the roller skate girl's legs. Might just have to be extra careful handling those once they're done.

Thanks again for all the comments everyone. Much appreciated by my ego.  :)

Sir,

You shouldn't be allowed to post here, as you set the standard too high for every one else.  I'm only going to post my feeble disgusting work on the child pages from now on.

I'd be more afraid of meeting up with you in a league painter's challenge than spending a romantic weekend with Cthulhu in R'lyeh.

I also don't believe you really painted the talented Mr. Willis.

I vehemently demand that you unshrink one of my favorite action film actors.  If you do not, I will be forced to to post further comments implying that you are not truly a miniature enthusiast, but instead an evil shrinker of human people.

Just got to remember to put the shrink ray down before taking a leak. Don't want any little accidents.

This last one is my favorite, I'm in awe, your painting skills are so impressive. Btw, your painting style reminds me a bit of Jennifer Haley works of which I always have been an admirer.

Would you mind to reveal your recipe on the skin and the trousers colours?

Cheers Prof.  :)

The flesh is a base coat of VMC USA Tan Earth with a little VGC Beasty Brown added. Highlight layers are built up using more of the Tan Earth, then VGC Bonehwhite and finally a little white. I also added a thin glaze of old GW Ogryn Flesh at the end.

Not-Bruce's trousers used a base coat of VMC USA Olive Drab and was highlighted by adding old GW Foundation Adeptus Battlegrey and then VMC Stone Grey. Gave them a thin glaze of GW Agrax Earthshade too.

Finished varnishing El Cholo this morning. Not a great photo but you get the idea for now.

Used a slightly different flesh recipe to give him a darker skin tone. Base of VGC Beasty Brown, then highlights of VMC USA Tan Earth and VGC Bonewhite.

I wasn't taken with the sculpt of the last mini but you've made him look stunning. These really are some quality paint jobs there. Unbelievable.

Ditto, ditto!  Do you have a small tutorial on how you do the skin?  Do you also add a general color over the whole miniature to bind the colors together?  Or is it what it seems, you use a pretty tight palette?  I'm super curious!
