Flintloque Todoroni and no AAR this month, sorry

Well, Alex and I sat down to play this month but honestly we only got two turns in as we talked for a good two-three hours rather than play. Still, before play I did take some pictures of my new Bella Lugosi unit that was fresh off the painting table.

Back to even more zombies now as I try to knock out that Undead Division Pack once and for all.

I've mentioned before that I still refer back to second edition rules that aren't applicable anymore and I've certainly played a lot more third edition as we're going on... two years now I think of playing the first Saturday of every month. Let's see, I've tried Orcs, both line infantry and the blasted 105th Rifles as well, Saxhunde Dogmen, vampire led zombies, vampire led werewolves, Ferach line infantry, and those knock kneed Todoroni. Trying so many different sections I've really come to love third edition Flintloque. Heck, everything I've painted for the last couple years has been Flintloque with the exception that I did break down and finish off three Gamilon battle cruisers for Star Blazers Fleet Battle System cause they were collecting dust on the table for far too long. I'd say that Gavin has really put together an excellent game in third edition and hope that the game continues to gain ground over the upcoming years. My New Year's resolution is to get in a couple games of Slaughterloo in 2013 although I'll admit on that one that I'm sticking with 1st edition over 2nd cause 2nd edition Slaughterloo never quite gelled with me.

Great Toadaronis.

I found that after months (if not years) of looking at these bare metal miniatures sitting on the shelf, once I had painted them, I wanted to paint another set straight away as I enjoyed it so much.
