I spent last afternoon updating and rewriting parts of my houserules/tweaks to the Warhammer Historical Gladiator rules.
The original document wasn't as good as I wanted it to be and left out a few things.
In this updated document I have added my take on the Retiarius+Net rules with a new entanglement chart for and effects which are listed in a more accessible manner than how I think the core rulebook has written them.
Also added to the list of Skills and rewrote some of the Perks, added the ability to score hits against multiple opponents with gladiators that have multiple attacks as well as a few other tweaks and ideas that I think were left out from the rules in the first place.
There is also an idea regarding bribes in campaign mode which should be seen more as guidelines as I think players are better off constructing their own campaign framework than following the somewhat confusing and unclear campaign section of the book. The bribes can be used to get a re-roll or force an opponent to re-roll one of his dice when making "Appeal to the crowd" rolls.
