The General Hannibal Barca
« on: December 13, 2012, 07:37:11 PM »
I've completed painting the Hannibal figure for my Carthaginian army. This was an absolutely amazing model to paint, so many thanks to Relic Miniatures for such fine work. I hope the painting does it justice. I had originally thought to use a white and purple color palette, but in the end I decided to go with a more dramatic black and red palette which I think worked very well.

Very nice work on a nice figure. Looks a bit like Kenneth Williams from the Carryon movies...lol

Cheers

Also a little like Jack Hawkins in Ben Hur (albeit, having used Just For Men)

'Infamy, infamy, they've all got it in for me !'

Looking extremely good (the Hannibal figure, that is, not Kenneth Williams  :D  )
