« on: December 18, 2012, 10:14:39 PM »
Hi all;
I would like to post some of the photographs taken by one member of our blog, Freakland Scenics. He has painted finely these miniatures of Tarzan and his companions. If anyone is question how to get these miniatures, are from Reaper.

All these images can be viewed at higer resolution at our blog, click to enlarge.

I invite everybody to have a look at the blog: http://freaklandscenics.blogspot.com.es/2012/12/tarzan-cumple-100-anos.html

I apologize to english readers, our blog is wrote in spanish, but we've added a translation button at the right.

I hope you like!

That loin is great. Lovely paint job.

The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

Nice detail work on Tarzan, and I really like the colors on the lion's mane.

I try and restrain myself on evaluating other's work since I paint so badly but...

but...

but, well...

OMG, Tarzan (while not a style I would use, due to lack of skill on my part,) is absolutely freaking gnarly, dude!

Very great work on the Lion and chimp too.

Gracias,

Glenn

Gnarly - (from urban dictionary) -  Gnarly is when you've gone beyond radical, beyond extreme, it's balls out danger, & or perfection, & or skill or all of that combined.  Term fits here 2/3.

I had not realized LAF was that sort of forum --  :D

A typo, I assume.

Terrific paintwork!

Lovely paint work. Tarzan's face looks great.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

The highlighting on everything looks amazing!  :-* I especially like what you did with the Tarzan miniature.
