Hi Paco,

Thanks for posting these piccies of your excellent troops.

I have a soft spot for Legere - think I've got 9 or 10 battalions painted and 3 more to do.

Particularly like the ones that you've shown as I've not painted any Perry Legere yet.

Perhaps a treat for February?

Meanwhile I must finish - well start really - the 8 Front Ranks French line limbers which I've just undercoated 4 horses for.

Cheers,

Paul

Very nice.

I really like your choice of blue. Most go with a color I believe to be too light.

Lovely work on the French. What size for each battalion?

Cheers,

Helen
Best wishes,

Each bataillon is 12 soldiers size, two (or three for the 13th light) per regiments , two regiments per brigade, and two brigades per division. The first corp had four infantry  division and one cavalry.

The "french blue is very dark in reality, near black !
regards
paco
