I am a happy shopper.

I placed an order on Monday (a public holiday) with Black Cat which arrived today (Wednesday) and the little loves still apologised for the delay! Bless 'em.

Very nice figures indeed and you even get metal decorative deck bases which had completely passed me by.

Loving their work.

Jo & Ben over at Black Cat are great, they have helped me out a couple of times, the most recent with Prize support for Adepticon http://www.adepticon.org/. They provided 4 Starter Crews for us to hand out with LotHS in a drawing.

Besides that, they were one company that reached out to me while I was writing LotHS and wanted to know what they could sculpt. No surprise that all the Hired hands with a few exceptions are from them.

I highly recommend them!

We still miss Simba terribly, infact our free figure for this year which will be launched a Salute and will then be available throughout the year until next Salute is "Angel Sim" with his little wings and halo! We had however taken on 2 black kittens before Sim's death who he brought up beautifully so we are very lucky to have Zhen & Xerxes as the next generation of Black Cats!:

Sorry to hear about Simba. I'm still trying to persuade my wife that we need at least one [probably two] cats, but she just won't have it

The two kittens are gorgeous, though!

Will "Angel Sim" be in scale with 28mm figures, or larger? I have a need for a familiar for one of my wizards, & , if in scale, Sim would be perfect!

can i just say tha since im on the pirate forum section and its rather convienient im browsing black cat bases ships atm, that although i dont own one there sgips look particularly good. especially there dhow and more piratey ones. they are a brillinat price. :mrgreen:

By the way, don't feel ashamed for 1 week of waiting before delivery! It's really quick compared to some other minis company I have ordered from!!!!
And it's the first time of my life that minis don't have molding flash to remove!!! :love:

: We turn most small orders round in 48hours so a week is a long time for us even with postage partcularly if you are in the UK! We have had a few problems recently (My Mother has been seriously ill, but is better now thankfully!)

Hi,

Unfortunately Angel Sim is approx 12mm foot to eye so to big a a true 28mm cat but still maybe fun as a familiar?
