Plastic Soldiers Copany website down?

Hi,

in the last two days I had problems (read unable to access) the Plastic Soldiers Company Website [ theplasticsoldiercompany.co.uk ]. I am the only one with this problem?

no tried a couple of times and no luck if I remember right they had problems a few weeks ago some one kept hacking it or something it may have something to do with that ? .

I had just to check a couple of things on the website (the Tiger instructions and the release list). I will come back to civilization in around 10 days and probably see Will in person at Cavalier. I can wait, my wallet told me I must wait anyway!

Haven't been ab;e tp get on either - hope its not a sign of problems as I really like their 15mm kits - Have some purchases to make in the new year if allowed

New Year and still not up

Did a little digging and found them mentioned in the London Gazette (company strike off applied for)

Went further and found that the dissolution process was stopped in October (companies house) and they still show as active.

Really hope this is not a bad sign for recent internet issue or if problem casue them an issue.  Will have to go down to local model shop that has a small selection - maybe find out what situation is - job for the weekend

Saw a comment today over on the Guild website from Will Townsend.  Apparently he was in Austria for his Christmas holiday and just got back today (Jan 5).  Apparently he could not get hold of his webhost service over the holidays, but is trying to get it fixed and hoping to be online today.

Excellent News - Also called into my local model shop today and he was qutie confident that it was just a web site issue.  He is having a delviery in next week form them so I'm all happy again and mow slightly lighter in the pocket having bought 3 boxes of tanks 1 of infantry and 1 of artillery - Happy chrostmas and New Year to me
