Ral Partha europe's demonworld range have some also splintered light have some in their range. Ignore me neither range has any.

Pendraken have them in 10mm.
You could use them as pygmy beastmen - or kids maybe?

Irregular mins have a few goat headed figures.
There is a company called Fictional miniatures that did have a range of beastmen figures.
Not sure if they are still trading.

Splintered Lights have some pretty beastly looking fauns and satyrs in their "20mm" fantasy range. Originally sold as 15, they were more like chunky 18 mm scale but have now been relabeled 20mm.

Depending on what you're using in your project, they may fit the bill. Great models!
