for those not fully acquainted with British television series (sorry I grown up only with the Professionals and Inspector Barnaby, the only one that were aired there...) from which one they are from? Usually I can recognize Crooked Dice stuff but this time I am at loss.

On a second look there is very much a Gene Hunt and Sam Tyler look to these chaps.
And it just makes them even more destined for my figure collection.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

We have a trio of new models straight from the screens of The Beat this month. No nonsense Scotsman DC Frank Skelton is joined by by the book DC Lenny Kennedy. With them is the overlooked detective genius of WPC Cathy Black. £3.50 each or get them in a deal for £9. Detectives sculpted by Ian Mountain.

Cracking paintjobs as always. Like the sound of the crims. Hopefully with a balaclava/hooded/ninja type head to convert some of those Minions with would be good.
