Questions regarding Wargamesdownloads and CiC

Hey Guys,

I finally got around to purchase the Chaos in Carpathia Rules from Wargamesdownloads and I am really looking forward to reading them.

Sadly I didn`t get a Download Link, I contacted them but I suppose its still pretty early in the US so it could take them sometime, did anyone encounter such thing? Checked my Spamfolders but there is nothing , too. Did I do something wrong?

I know it would be for the best to wait patiently and not bother people with such Threads but I have the burning desire to get into that stuff, curse you jet for your awesome Blog and curse Anatoli for the same reason . The Lead adventure Forum is killing my plan to paint everyting i have before getting new miniatures.

Another Thing thats keeping me awake is which Miniatures to get, I would love to get Miniatures which I could use for CiC, EotD and Strange aeons. CiC and EotD isn`t that hard, but Strange Aeons seems to be set later in the 1920s (like most Lovecraft Stories I read) where else those other 2s look like some Centuries before that. Did I get that right? Where and with what should I start without dumping to much money into new Games and still retain some Style and Fluff?
Again sorry, many noob Questions, 15 Years of Wargames and still the same Problems when you start something new .

Any Hints would be appreciated.
