I know the Prof will be annoyed I am only posting part one of the duo inspired by Albrecht Dürer's "Three peasants in conversation", but I had such fun painting him, that I'd like to show him off now.

Brügelburg minis are are such funny looking figures, full of mirth and character. The faces especially are loads of fun to paint, but also quite challenging I find.

I wanted to go for a less colourful look, as this guy is a peasant. The cadmium red jerking is sadly not coming out that well on the photo... That's a pity, because I love this colour.

Part two of the duo is still unfinished, but I'll rectify that soon enough.
