I literally sit there for 15-20mins bending it to the shape easing it ever so gradually as it would snap or fold if done too quick.

'Fraid not.

How long does it take you to scratch build a model like that?

It depends on what is involved. Not the best answer I know but the most accurate one. This one took about 8-10 hours but it uses buildings from my catalogue.
