Your biggest castle yet Lapin? It looks the business and sturdy like it's made from stone. Nice scaled proportions.

Cheers

And for the main enter :

the first pic is from a fortified city in France ( Provins ) , the second is the enter of the Carcassonne castle, in south France.

Yes... for the moment :D  i'm sure i can make more, i just need a place where i can stock...

After this commission, i'll continue the stable and will going to make a medieval city, but everything in its own time...

The inside of the main entrance.
The first floor will have the mechanism of the drawbridge, the last stage will have the mechanism of the harrow ("Herse" in french) :

A rond tower :

The donjon :

The drawbridge and the harrow :

And the chain for the drawbridge :

Wow Lapin, I am surprised that the build keeps going. Loving what you ate doing with the place. But will the construction ever end, or could this turn into a never ending story? (I know it's for a client so I guess it will wrap up eventually ;) ). But will it envelop your stables first? lol lol

I like the bridge, the coffee stirers work well.

Cheers
Matt

let's go for a final idea about the final terrain !

First, the base with pits and without (pieces cuted to create pits were kept to realize this option).

with pits :

without pits :

buildings with pits :

buildings without pits :

A lot of work again, but soon first coats of paint !

Hi all,

i'm very late in the construction but i can, to have a good final it's allowed :p

First couch of paint.
Construction is not over but i had to know where i'm going !
It's just the under coat, after i need to make 3 coats to have the final depiction.

The Workbench (Tidied up well...) :

A door will be duplicated to be stuck everywhere where we need a door (first stage on the tower for the walls for exemple...)

The mecanisms for the movements of the pikes and drawbridge  are the real challenge. all what i made is weak, so i'll must be take a similar mecanims of Lego or Playmobile that I shall adapt.
