The fifth castle is one of my favorite with the second. He is playable and based of a lot of castles during the 12-13th century :

Egads, what an OP!! I was about to post to say how amazing the first castle was, but then four more suddenly appeared. Lots of fantastic designs to steal, I really love the colouring and pattern on the roof of the last one. Thanks for posting your work, it's really impressive stuff!

Those are wonderful pieces of work! Thank you for sharing them. One question: do you prime or undercoat the blue foam before doing the main painting? If so, what do you use? I am finding that the blue foam swallows paint!
Measure with a micrometer, mark with chalk, cut with an axe, hammer to fit, paint to match!

Great stuff, I think I will be borrowing a few ideas. Its a shame I cannot find any of that thin foam around here.

I managed to get mine on fleabay. The supplier does packs of a single thickness or selection packs containing a variety of sizes.
