Thanks everyone
I just use GW, Vallejo, Coat Des Arms etc. acrylics with tap water and just a white plate for a palette. Nothing special but I do find that the different makes of paint glaze differently which can be handy.

Hi,
I like the Sudan too.
Nicely painted figures. The camel is my favourite. That looks really awesome.

Welcome Keith!
I'm another who loves the 19thC Sudan - it's probably my favourite colonial period. As everyone else has said, those are cracking pics
Please post plenty more.
Cheers,
Ian

I can only echo what others have already said. I love the skin tone on the Egyptian officer!
