I would look at TAG miniatures cover loads of renaisance figures, and nice too.

If you are after late medieval them probably the best think to do is either but the open handed Front Rank light cavalry and a pack of arquebus or mix the Perry light cavalry set with the arms from the handgunners.

Apart from the tapestry on the Conquest of Tunis 1535 that shows some irregular Berber cavalry shooting from horse I am not aware of any depiction of arquebus being used mounted in that era. If you have any information regarding such usage I would love to hear of it... (I do have these TAG minis, but found myself unable to fit them into any army).
