Correct - 15mm. Not my usual scale, but I think it works better for modern gaming. The figures are Battlefront and Peter Pig.

Very nice but needs to be less tidy unless you are aiming for downtown Lima which is surprisingly, indeed unnervingly, clean.

Oddly enough, when they were shooting the film Salvador, the government tourist officer assigned to Oliver Stone complained that he was making the streets look too dirty with the set dressings.
That's a good idea - I'll have to dirty things up a bit.
