Is it just me or does the woman in the red-striped top bear more than a passing resemblance to the girl off the Marks & Spencers adverts?

EDIT: Actually, I'm assuming it's a woman, on second looks I think I see a 5 o'clock shadow!

She looks like Mapi Galan (the woman hired to vamp One in "City of Lost Children").

Who makes that figure, anyway...?
