Legendary Monsters Collectible Toys
« on: February 19, 2013, 06:14:35 AM »
Hello old Lead Adventure friends,
I am reaching out to my wargaming brothers to help me spread the word of my collectible toy line called "Legendary Monsters."  I used to frequent these forums years ago when I obsessed over painting all the Gothic horror miniatures I could....and still do, I just spend several hundred on the new West Wind miniatures... Anyway, I need your help. I had designed a toy line years ago and I am just now getting it going to release Halloween of this year.  One more thing to add,  they are hand painted a small team of artists and myself. I have trained them personally and they will look exactly like they are shown in the photographs.  In case anyone is curious, I was one of the resident army painters (at GW for years) so I my experience is in painting high volume!

I thank you for your time and take a look at the link, if anyone need any more images or has questions just ask!

Cool toys!  I spotted this today on another website.  The Jersey Devil looks more like a Wendigo with wings...

But still neat stuff.

I saw your kickstarter.  How did it go?

Apparently, this was a case of setting one's sights a bit lower was an advantage. About the same amount realized so far, but now funded, and 24 days to go!

I'm beginning to find a number of things also look like grays with appendages added. I've seen enough variations of Wendigo representations that I couldn't make that call. Also, we who've seen (okay, THINK we've seen...) cryptozoological entities are mostly nutters.

Most of the piccies I've seen of JD are just silly, mind you, and not fit for a rippin' game of horrors.

Luck,  tbroadwater!

Doug
