Einar!
Great to see, that there are more people who paint Gobbos in other colors than green!

I just love the idea of painting the harder skin on the elbows in a lighter shade. Brilliant

Keep em coming, I will stay tuned.

The Little Guy looks to be sniffing his spear..."Here now! Where'd you stick that thing?"

As usual a FINE piece of brushwork! My only critique is that you might give him a bit of color to break up the browns...the shield would be an ideal spot...or not. That aside, GREAT WORK!

:-* More lovely green brownskins. Do you stipple the metal work to make it seem pitted? I really like the effect and would love to know how you've done it.

Nice work again!  :-*
I am suspecting that Alternative Armies and BTD are going to see a few orc and goblin orders coming through now.

Hi Mister Rab. I just paint the metallic base colour, ink and highlight a little bit in some places (one highlight or two).

The Little Guy looks to be sniffing his spear..."Here now! Where'd you stick that thing?"

As usual a FINEMy only critique is that you might give him a bit of color to break up the browns...the shield would be an ideal spot...or not.[/b]
I decided only to use those kinds of brownish tones and not spend much time on each miniature. Your idea is good though.

I am suspecting that Alternative Armies and BTD are going to see a few orc and goblin orders coming through now.
 :D
lol lol maybe, but they are great miniatures. Alternative Armies have a small Orc and Goblings range, but BTD have got a lot. The Great Orcs are huge creatures, as big as Otherworld's Bugbears. I'll post pictures of them at some point.

Cheers.

Anyone wanting some of those lesser goblins might be interested to know that Alternative Armies are doing a free worldwide shipping offer for the May Day bank holiday. What good timing  :D

Lovely!

Particular respect for the metalwork.
I love the way you do that 'old' metal thing.

Very nice skin tone and colors. The orc, the bugbear and the goblins look all very nice together. They match.

That face rings a bell, but I can't remember where I saw him before. That aside, the latest Goblins looks WONDERFUL by himself & with his Cronies. VERY WELL DONE!
