Thanks Stix,

So, are we looking at April, May or June as the KS estimated time to start?

I was literally 4 days away from hitting the start button the kickstarter when the sculptor dropped out in Feb.  It was a pretty low day.  I've since found two different folks to work with.  One has sent greens to the molder*, 3 bodies and all the goon heads.  Another sculptor has just finished this speedster, is 80% done with the second super.  We have 4 more on tap for the end of April.  I'd love to go in the next four weeks, BUT I've never been right yet, so no date, but I'm trying to do everything in my power to make it happen SOON.

*edit, it originally said sculptor where it now says molder, molder is correct

Thanks Stix,

Heh, no rush really....I am stalking the Robotech KS also, so I have to pending ones that are going to crop up soon! Plus I have a gaming Trip in May so I am trying to budget my cash to ensure I am ready to pledge for both!

Hot off the presses.

This is one of the figures that started it all.  Great to hold in my hand and paint after a very long time.  The first ninja and all the heads are finished.

Thanks for the kind comments guys.  I'm VERY excited about these lads.

Here's a version that's more traditional, then the traditional ninja along side the comic book ninja. :)

Both

I wish I could photograph the black better, but I think it shows the versatility of the figure.

First highlight or dry brush grey over the black to give it depth to the texture. Then you have to wash it with lots of light to get a good image. Black absorbs light and heat(which is why black clothing and cars are so hot as they absorb heat on hot sunny days).

Ninja's good ones aswell by the look of it :D.

With Black I drybrush with a light grey and then wash with a black ink which darken's it back down again. it keep the highlights but re darken the recesses.

Here's a guy I really love.  There are three different very different heads, giving you some great options for hired muscle.

Got a bank job?  This could be your fellow!
